Alpha Hearing Center also offers repair and service on all brands of hearing aids. So if you need your hearing aid fixed, we can get it taken care of for you. Often, all your hearing aid may need is a good cleaning. Alpha offers cleaning and minor repair service at no charge to all our patients. We save our patients thousands of dollars every year on unnecessary repairs. If your hearing aid is in warranty and needs to go to the factory, we are able to provide warranty repairs on most hearing aids. Should your hearing aid be out of warranty, we can have all brands repaired for a reasonable charge.

All hearing aids need to be cleaned and serviced from time to time. Alpha Hearing Center provides lifetime cleaning and in office service to all our patients at no additional charge. When you come in for cleaning we will perform the following service:

Ask if you are experiencing any problems with your hearing aid	Clean and check receiver	Replace ear inserts	Clean vent of obstructions
Inspect your hearing aid for problems	Status and Sound Check	Clean and check microphone	Check memory button operation
Clean and check battery contacts	Clean shell of hearing aid	Check tubing on BTE hearing aids	Check volume control operation
Replace Wax Guards	Check telecoil operation

Service is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 to 5:00, and no appointment is necessary.
